A place to interact with political activist and former Libertarian Gubernatorial Candidate, Loretta Nall. This blog covers Alabama politics, drug policy reform with emphasis on marijuana laws, medical marijuana, prison reform, voting rights, equal rights for gays and lesbians, ballot access reform and other social justice oriented issues.
Dan over at Between the Links has a great post on ballot access in Alabama, what the new signature numbers are for those wishing to attain a slot on the ballot and his views on why this is wrong. Go Read!
Loretta, I posted this on Dan's blog, but I have reason to believe that the count is incorrect. That is, unless I'm reading the report wrong. As you know, you received at least two votes in St. Clair county-- one each from me and my husband. The report doesn't show a single vote for you from St. Clair County. Guess the dog ate my vote.
I knew there would be at least one. I think there are probably more. It will be interesting to see what the St. Clair election folks have to say for themselves.

ReplyDeleteI noticed that. I will call St. Clair Co on Monday and see what kind of explanation I can get out of them.
ReplyDeleteMy vote for Warren Grayson is also mysteriously missing. I plan on writing a very interesting LTE to some Alabama Newspapers.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the link. I'm blown away by the lost votes by ALMod.
