Vote Count Update

I just spoke with someone in the SoS office who told me that they won't have all of the numbers until a week from this Friday and most likely it will be the following Monday before all of the certified results come in to the SoS office. This is very frustrating for me. I wrote Nancy Worley and asked that my votes be counted on election night. I got a read receipt but never a response from her. It is my understanding that she did not tell the counties to tally and report those results for me. I am glad she got her ass kicked in the election. It is a shame though that she won't be the one held responsible when I file a lawsuit.

Y'all be patient with me as we sort through this.

I am in Oakland, CA until Sunday. If you need to reach me via phone please call 256-625-9599.

We definitely want the numbers. Shame on them. But I'm not surprised.

What was really infuriating was to pull up websites of Alabama papers and see tallies such as, "Republican got 49.4% and Democrat got 50.6% - Total 100%," when we knew that, in the governor's race at least, GOP-Demo lockups like that had to be a crock.

Good luck in extracting the REAL tally. I am looking forward to seeing your numbers.

nancy worley is scum. i hated her when i went to decatur high and she was a teacher there and i hate the job that she's been doing afterwards!!! i am soooo glad that she didn't win this time!

anyway, yeah i was wondering about the numbers too. i don't usually vote since there isn't anyone worth voting for but i made a special trip to my polling station (an hour away and then another hour to get back home, and in the rain i might add...) JUST to vote for YOU. so yes, i want to know about the numbers too!!!

Loretta,
I am glad that you will be running next for an office where ballot access will be easier. I think you were a great campaigner and communicator and look forward to supporting you as a Libertarian Party candidate again.

Go Loretta. You got my vote in Cullman. I'm sick and tired of the good ole boys network. Decriminilze is NORML.

I know of one you received from Madison County. It was a pleasure to write your name in.

Two more from Jefferson County: my wife and I both voted for you, and we want to see the numbers, too!

I want to see the totals for each beat. It seems to me this is the most fundamental thing there is if we are to have a snowball's chance in Montgomery in July of checking their honesty. I think the beat totals and the list of people who voted need to be made available at the polling place. How else are we going to know how many dead people or people long since moved to Maine (same thing) voted? I know my beat should have at least 4 and probably more than 8 Nall votes from people that I know. How and when can we get the complete totals broken down by beat? - Philip Mundhenk, rural Chambers County

Same as above, I can personally vouch for atleast 2 more in rural Chambers county.

Loretta, I also contacted Nancy Worley requesting vote totals for a list of individuals, and never heard a word. Please contact me DWPerry@thefreesite.com I would like to know more about your lawsuit & the possibility of working with you to lobby for Ballot Access changes.
