Associated Press Picks Up Daivs Treachery

I just got off the phone with Phil Rawls of the Associated Press in Montgomery and there will be some lovely ink forthcoming on the mysterious disappearance of the marijuana and hemp topics from the Artur Davis Campaign website.

Let me say it again.

WE WON'T BE IGNORED!

We will be acknowledged with an answer even if it isn't the answer we want...but we will be acknowledged.

All of the ideas have been taken down...they've closed that portion of the website...

Yes just as soon as they got off with the AP I'm sure. The rest of the ideas were there just a few minutes ago and my media contacts saw them. Nice try...but it won't work. And he still needs to acknowledge all of the people who voted on the top two topics. He cannot afford to be dismissive of us. If his answer is no (and I know it is) then he should have the guts to say so.

Funny Loretta because you ignore my comments and dont even allow them posted on your site....

So what does that say about YOU?

Drew,

I am not sure what you are referring to. I have posted every comment that has been submitted for this post on this blog. As of this moment I have not seen any other post than this one for you. Did you perhaps post it to some other email address or group/blog than this one? I run multiple blogs so that is why I am asking.

I reckon his advisers told him to stay the hell away from legalizing marijuana. The fact is a lot of money comes into the state and to communities in the state to "fight" marijuana, and he doesn't want to lose the support of the people who benefit from that corruption. I mean that money.

Drew...I see what you were referring to in your previous post. You actually posted a message to the Yahoo group and not to this blog. I don't check the Yahoo group every day unless the legislature is in session. Your post is now active on the Yahoo group.

Loretta...you're being just as dismissive of me...they started removing ideas and it took the better part of the day to get all 80 ideas removed...I received four emails at different parts of the day, exactly like yours indicating that the ideas had been removed.

In the email where they released the video, it seemed clear they were taking down all of the ideas. Just because you happened to catch the site when only your ideas had been removed doesn't mean the plan wasn't to remove ALL of the ideas on the site and move on to something else.

That may Be Kristopher but it doesn't seem that way to me. I don't recall anything in the video that said all of the ideas were coming down. Or even anything that hinted at that. And it still leaves unanswered the question of why he dismissed the TOP two ideas submitted and voted on by the public.

I don't think Loretta is being dismissive, I think she suspects (with good reason) that removing all the questions is cover for the fact that he doesn't want people to know that marijuana reform was at the top of the list. It's a poison issue in the view of a lot of politicians, and he is clearly trying to distance himself from it. It would be more honest for him to say "I'm not going to address that right now" or something, but he has chosen the easy way out of just ignoring it and hiding it. My opinion, of course.
