I finished the summer quarter at CACC here in Alex City. I am proud to report that I got A's in both my English and Math classes. Next term, which starts on Aug. 17, I will be taking Art Appreciation (boo), Biology 201, Computer Information Science, First Aid/CPR and Speech.
I have not made it into the nursing program yet. By the time I registered all but one of the courses required for admission into the nursing program were full. I wound up having to take a bunch of stuff I have absolutely no interest in (art) but managed to get a full course load and therefore all of my Pell Grant money.

That's awesome :) Good luck with stuff. I'm heading back to Nebraska for school in about 2 1/2 weeks to continue my work in meteorology.
Congratulations! I recommend Music Appreciation from Dr. Boncella if he is still at CACC. It's a hard class, but very worth your time, unless it's too late for you to swap.
It isn't too late to switch up classes. If that one is available I will gladly swap it for art.
No, no! Stick with the art appreciation class! I'll bet that you will enjoy it!
You should keep checking those pre-nursing classes. People invariably drop out. Is there a waiting list available?
A list will probably be available on an ongoing basis after classes start. I'll keep my eye on it. I really want an English 101 and a psychology class. I also have to have two more math classes before I will be eligible for the nursing program.
