Attorney says Downs' killer "Will be convicted"
Interesting....since no one is saying yet whether Ms. Downs took her own life or was shot by Steve Nodine or someone else. I wonder if the attorney for the family would make that statement if he didn't have some information from the autopsy that showed Ms. Downs' did not kill herself.

Attorneys will make statements without information to back up their claims. And I'm sure the family would not want to think she committed suicide. We simply don't know at this point what happened.
I don't understand why so many people are bashing both Downs and Nodine. I don't know either of them, so I can't comment on their character. And I don't think their character is particularly important
in trying to find out who was responsible.
Nodine IS in trouble for taking his county truck to Pensacola (ethics violation). He is in the hospital(strange) and has not been charged(yet) with Downs' death. Maybe he has not been charged yet because of his position and the authorities want to make sure or maybe they have no evidence against him.
