Saul is three months old. I went to Montgomery with a medium sized box thinking this guy was a little furry puppy. Not! He weight about 35 pounds right now. His color is blue and tan whch is just gorgeous!
He was very good on the ride home. He got car sick, bless his heart, but didn't try a jump over the seat or anything distracting.
We went for a long walk after we got home and he got to explore the cats from a distance and much of the woods around the house. I can already tell he is smart because he keeps shaking my hand and then rolling over for a belly scratch. Right now he is laying at my feet sleeping.
I absolutely love him!!

I miss my dob so bad! He was a Red Doberman, Rawlings Von Redd Baron, raised him from a pup into a well trained dog, and he loved kids.

Not sure how he feels about cats yet. They wont let him get close enough to get a good sniff. This morning he got close to one and growled. I told him no and he stopped.
that's awesome. i wish i had a real dog. not that i don't love my sorry mutt, but still.
He is a great dog. He will be a terrifying monster when he is grown. Even now I can;t bring myself to think iof him as 'cute' cuz he looks like he would eat you alive at 3 months old.
He did very well last night. He was an outside dog until I bought him. When it was time for bed he curled up at the foot of mine and went to sleep. He didn't whine, cry, bark or use the bathroom all night. I am really amazed. Puppies usually drive you NUTS for the first few weeks. I think camp Nall has picked a winner.
