This is going way too far. What do they possibly hope to gain by arresting college kids, denying them the opportunity to finish their education, denying them the funding to finish their education and pretty much ensuring that they will become a burden on society....not because they smoked pot...but because the laws are retarded and their Sheriff is a grandstanding ass hat.

Must be a slow crime day in Columbia if that's the best the sheriff can do. Isn't there a murder, rape, or robbery he can investigate?
