White Oak Vineyards Blueberry Wine

I've recently discovered a wonderful blueberry wine produced by White Oak Vineyards in Anniston, Al that is destined to become one of my all time favorites. My local service station owner carries it and it is FABULOUS if you are partial to a sweet, fruity wine. They have many other selections available. Look for it in your grocers wine aisle.

Have you ever thought about perhaps making your own wine and looked into how to do that? I understand that some good wine can be made from muscadines (scuppernongs to some) and you know where you can get some just by harvesting them when they ripen in August.

If you want to check into making your own wine just Goggle “homemade wine”.

TYPO CORRECTION: "Goggle", of course, should have been "Google"....LOL!

You should try the Blueberry wine from Morgan Creek Vineyards out of Harpersville. I used to work there, but they've been around for close to 15 years and have a great process. They sell it at various places in Alex City, too.

Thanks Will. I tried that one a few weeks ago but found it to be much too sweet and it tasted like rotten fruit. I had to water mine down with club soda to drink it. Their muscadine wine is good though.
