Troy King whoops out "What about the children?" in his defense

Sources Close to King Deny Rumor

Their main defense as to why the silence has gone on for so long???? "What about the children?" No shit!!!! That's their argument. Troy's camp says he didn't call a press conference to address these allegations because he is afraid kids at his kids school might call "him a name."

Excuse me...MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA!

I couldn't make this shit up!

I'd like to point out that school is out for summer break just now.

It sounds real weak if you ask me.

Besides...if this turns out to be true then maybe Troy should have thought about 'the children' before he went fishing for trouser trout....ya know what I'm sayin'?

(NOTE: I shamelessly stole the 'trouser trout' line from a poster at the Tuscaloosa News forums.)

"Troy's camp"?? That was more blogspeak, that is not a statement from the AG. Funny, the gays and democrats have desperately pushed this story in an attempt to get King to respond so they could get it in the MSM; since he hasn't responded the blogs have started making up responses from anonymous "staffers" and then dissecting these made up responses. Wow. The levels of insanity are like layers of an onion.

Doc's Political Parlor is not just any old blog in Alabama (like mine you are thinking....I know). He ain't left and he ain't right. I respect him, as do many others, on both sides of the fence and everywhere in between, for being fair and obviously well connected.

You, of course, are entitled to think what you want....But, what is your reason for trying to take a cheap shot at Danny?

Anonymous said...

I would never take a shot at Danny; just commenting on the surreal nature of this smear campaign. The campaign was obviously promulgated by the gay lobby and the liberal democrats and has been pushed by sources such as yourself which have, according to your own admission, no interest in whether the story is true or not. You also have no regard for decency, or what innocent parties you hurt by spreading rumors which are demonstrably false on their face. I am sure you will purge this from your site, as you have before.

I am neither a gay lobbyist nor a liberal democrat one. If you have facts to back up either claim that you have just made then be forth-coming with them. Pronto! But....be careful.

That isn't to say that I don't support individual planks of either nor does it say that I don't have lots of friends in either catergory....but then I have lots of friends on the R side of things too. Damn!!!! It's all so confusing....what does it all mean?

It's no secret that Troy and I have some bad blood between us and whenever did I claim that I was decent?

Comedy is supposed to be offensive. Gaging by your reaction I'd guess I'm succesful in that venture....unlike my comedic campaign for governor...right?

And what have I ever purged from my site? Can you prove it?

Anonymous said...

Absolutely I can prove it. I make posts and you delete them. case closed.

Anon...only I can make posts on my blog....you can make comments and I can approve them or not. There is a difference.

It's all a big fat brazen left wing blogger vicious lie.

Time will tell.

Somebody left a "Think of poor Troy's children" message on one of my posts. I responded that looking after the Troyspawn is not my job, but Troy's -- and he's not doing a very good job of it. I also don't think that saying someone is gay is an insult, but maybe that's just me.

I can't believe with all of the paid consultants at his beck and call that "What about the children" is the best they could come up with...but hell...you know....it works so well for everything else.

I will say that I do feel sorry for his children and wife. This can't be a pleasant thing to have to survive.

As for calling someone gay...It isn't an insult unless you are Troy King and you have put on such a circus about gay being an abomination....otherwise I don't really think it is insulting to call someone who is gay...well gay. There is nothing wrong with gay. However, I used to scold my kids when I would hear them say "That is so gay"....Something about it phrased like that (to throw off on something) rubs me wrong.

LOL

I did always think Troy did protest too much in his CW letters way back then.
