That wasn't a debate

The ‘debate’ on CNN right now makes me want to vomit…projectile vomit….profusely!! Ron Paul is obviously being skipped over. This isn't a debate it's a McCain/Romney love-fest! What a disgrace!

It would only be interesting if McCain jabbed that damn ‘Sharpie’ into Romney’s eye. Hell, I might even consider voting for John then. If nothing else it would make this farce of a ‘debate’ more exciting. I keep hoping Ron will get up and walk off.

Just for fun I'll remind people that within the last few months I have single-handedly humiliated McCain's Alabama cheerleader Troy King and made Romney's cheerleader State Treasurer Kay Ivey apologize to my son for insensitive remarks she made directed at those who think evolution holds more water than Jesus.

I guess that adds up to me not having many friends in the White House if someone other than Ron Paul gets elected. Oh well....not much different than the previous 33 years of my life.

Ron Paul on Glenn Beck

Yesterday I had the great fortune to catch Republican Presidential hopeful Dr. Ron Paul on both "Meet the Press" and later on "Glenn Beck". I thought Dr. Paul did fabulous on both shows. Tim Russert was a total shithead to Dr. Paul but Ron held his own.

Then last night I learned that Dr. Paul was going to be a guest on the "Glenn Beck" show. I held my breath. I have something of a love/hate relationship with Glenn Beck and he has been somewhat unfair to Dr.Paul's campaign in the past. But, I gotta tell you, Glenn did a stellar job last night interviewing Dr. Paul. I was clapping, cheering, hootin & hollerin!

In case you missed it...

Here is a link to the "Meet the Press" segment.

Every time I hear Dr. Paul speak on America's foreign policy I want to turn back-flips. It's the exact same as my take on American foreign policy after I returned from a 10 day visit to the jungles of Colombia in 2004. That I am hearing a very popular presidential hopeful say the same words to millions of viewers brings me untold joy!

Go Ron Go!!!

Republican Debate

OMG..this SUCKS!!! The first ten minutes were taken up by the 'front runners' (whatever) Romney & Guiliani squawking about illegal immigration.

John McCain looks long dead...even has corpse makeup.

Anderson Cooper has NO BALLS!!! Hey Anderson...CUT THEIR FUCKING MIC!!!

And where in the hell is RON PAUL? I keep seeing him but they have yet to give him the floor....what's the deal? RON PAUL NOW!!! RON PAUL NOW!!!

There is no structure...no moderation....

FINALLY Ron paul...and did you hear the cheering afterwards? Go Ron Go! Go Ron Go!

More later...

Survey Says

If you weren't already aware, a recent Cato analysis indicated that libertarians constitute a significant portion of the swing vote – even larger than the fabled `soccer moms' and `NASCAR dads.' While their work took a look at who libertarians are and how they voted in the past, we'd like to do something a bit different.

LibertarianLists is sponsoring an online survey to determine the presidential preferences of libertarians for the 2008 presidential elections. It also asks about various political issues to see how they will play in the upcoming election. It asks about name recognition of obscure candidates as well as favorability factors for most of the known or anticipated presidential candidates. It also measures the level of support Ron Paul is receiving from the libertarian community.

Please take a moment, if you are so inclined, and complete the survey here.

The Ron Paul Campaign in Alabama

Dear Friends,

I am writing today to ask you to join the AL4RonPaul email group at Yahoo if you are not already a member. Please click this link and sign up.
Ron Paul 4 Alabama. Also pay a visit to the official Ron Paul for President website.

I have spoken with one of his campaign organizers in TX about what we can do in Alabama. We will be having a more in-depth conversation later on today. One of the things that all of us who want Congressman Paul to be our next President can commit to doing now is voting in the Republican primary in Jan. 08' for Ron Paul and convincing as many of our friends, relatives and co-workers to do the same thing. I know many of you will be extremely adverse to voting Republican....and nomally so would I...but this is one instance where I am asking you to forget that stupid little letter beside the name of the candidate and look at the man's record.

Many of you probably don't know that I know Congressman Paul personally and visit him at his office every time I am in DC. He is a true statesman who has voted RIGHT on every single piece of legislation ever placed before him during his tenure in Washington DC. Read that again..He has never voted wrong. Congressman Paul measures every bill sent to him against the Constitution, and if it does not pass Constitutional muster then he votes NO. Check his record. What more could we Constitution lover's ask for in a President?

There is a lot of excitement around the country about Ron Paul's run for President. I feel American's are starving for the truth and hearing Ron Paul speak it on the debate stage has really lit a lot of grassroots campaign fires across the country. Let's start one in Alabama. There will be massive amounts of media attention on this state come primary time in Jan. 08. We need to put on a very real show for Ron Paul.

So, who's with me?
